Bachelor's Degree in Communicative Science and DisordersTexas license as Speech-Language Pathology Assistant granted by the Texas Department of Licensing And Regulation (TDLR)
Experience:
Fifty hours of clinical observation and assisting experience as required for licensureSpecial Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of techniques utilized in the rehabilitation of speech, language, and hearing disordersWorking knowledge of normal communication developmentExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to speak Spanish preferred, but not requiredSupervisory Responsibilities: None
