About the role
Supporting the setup and launch of new clients' 401(k) plans, the full-time remote Sales Activation Specialist will engage with a diverse range of clients, manage the sales activation process, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while meeting monthly activation targets.
Key responsibilities
Communicate with customers to identify their needs and assist in establishing their 401(k) plans
Meet monthly activation targets by managing client timelines and objection handling
Partner cross-functionally to resolve customer escalations and improve the sales activation experience
Required qualifications
Knowledge and experience with retirement plan design, particularly 401(k) plans
3+ years of customer implementation or sales experience in a SaaS environment or retirement industry
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to adapt to various client systems and troubleshoot software issues
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
