About the role

🚨 Automation Engineers β€” Ready for More Than Just Keeping Equipment Running? I'm working with a manufacturing organization looking for a talented Automation Engineer who wants to make a real impact, take ownership of technical projects, and help shape the future of automation within their operation. Why is this opportunity worth exploring?βœ… Real Ownership β€” Take an active role in developing, improving, and optimizing automation systems rather than simply maintaining what's already there.βœ… Technical Challenges β€” Work on complex automation problems that put your engineering and troubleshooting skills to the test.βœ… Visible Impact β€” See the direct results of your work through improved equipment performance, reliability, and efficiency.βœ… Variety β€” Get involved in PLC programming, controls integration, equipment improvements, and automation projects.βœ… Opportunity to Grow β€” Continue building your technical expertise while taking on meaningful engineering responsibilities.
What we're looking for:
  • Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation
  • Strong electrical controls and troubleshooting background
  • Experience with HMIs, sensors, drives, and automated manufacturing equipment
  • An engineer who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, and taking initiative
  • If you're an Automation Engineer who enjoys the technical side of engineering but wants more ownership and influence over the systems you're working on, I'd welcome a confidential conversation.πŸ“© Message me directly to learn more.#Automation

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio β€” just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer β€” usually within two working days.
