Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Regional Talent Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for administrative, program, and operations roles across the U.S. You will develop recruitment strategies, train leaders, and build talent pipelines while collaborating with program and HQ leadership. The role requires at least 6 years in recruiting, 2+ years of supervision, and a passion for customer service and faith-driven mission alignment. Occasional travel and event representation may be required.
