The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a respected Ambulatory Surgery Center in Kansas City, KS, seeking experienced Anesthesiologists to join a dedicated surgical team. This role focuses on providing safe, high-quality general anesthesia care tailored to pediatric and special needs patients in a fast-paced environment. Clinicians will collaborate closely with dentists, nurses, and surgical staff while enjoying a balanced schedule with no call, weekends, or holidays.

Fast-paced ASC environment
Responsibilities:
Provide safe, high-quality general anesthesia care for pediatric and special needs patients
Partner with dentists, nurses, dental assistants, and surgical staff to ensure excellent patient care
Manage anesthesia care for approximately seven pediatric patients per OR day
Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes in a fast-paced ASC environment
Shift & Schedule
Full-Time (3+ days / week)
Part-Time (1-2 Days per week)
PRN
No call
No weekends or holidays
Requirements:
Experience providing anesthesia care to pediatric patients
Active, appropriate state Anesthesiologist licensure
Current BLS and AHA PALS certification; PALS required within 6 months of hire
National Board Certification strongly preferred
Comfortable practicing in Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and surgical environments
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
Patient-centered approach focused on safety, comfort, and quality care
