About the role

KBR's Exploration & Logistics unit seeks an HSE Manager to direct occupational safety, health and environmental programs. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will promote a strong safety culture through training, audits, and oversight on contingently funded contracts. You will lead safety initiatives, ensure OSHA and EM385 compliance, and coordinate incident data analysis, corrective actions, and monthly/quarterly reporting, helping reduce TRIR and advance mission readiness.
