About the role

MJ Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Process Engineer – Rubber or Plastics for a high-visibility, hands-on role on the Akron shop floor. You will lead process optimization in a state-of-the-art molding environment with direct access to leadership and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. You will spend ~80% on the manufacturing floor, drive line improvements, and own cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, including tooling and fixtures.
