Vice President of Strategic AccountsFort Myers, FL 33916OverviewCategory ManagementDescriptionThe Vice President, Strategic Accounts serves as the executive relationship owner for the Company's most significant client partnerships, with direct accountability for contract retention, revenue protection, and overall portfolio performance. The role builds trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, leads proactive engagement and renewal strategies, and proactively identifies and mitigates risk to protect high-value contracts. This position leads executive-level client interactions and partners with operations, sales, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between client expectations and operational execution. The Vice President, Strategic Accounts also maintains a data-driven view of account health, delivering executive-level insights on retention risk, relationship strength, and growth opportunities to inform decision-making and support expansion within existing accounts. Serve as the executive relationship owner for the Company's strategic account portfolio, building and maintaining trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders, with direct accountability for contract retention, revenue protection, and overall relationship performance. Establish and execute proactive client engagement strategies that strengthen long-term relationships, increase client confidence, and protect high-value contracts while maintaining consistent executive-level engagement across the portfolio. Develop and maintain strategic account plans for each key client, including stakeholder mapping, risk assessment, engagement strategy, and renewal timelines, and proactively identify and address risks to prevent contract loss. Lead executive-level client interactions including board presentations, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions to reinforce partnership value and position the Company as a trusted, long-term strategic partner. Partner with operations, sales, and senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and coordinated client engagement while retaining executive ownership of the client relationship. Drive contract retention and renewal efforts by owning renewal strategy, positioning, planning, and long-term direction for key accounts, including direct involvement in high-risk or high-value renewals. Proactively identify and advance opportunities to expand services, strengthen partnerships, and increase revenue within existing strategic accounts, while maintaining awareness of competitive activity and positioning the Company to defend and strengthen its market position. Maintain a structured, data-driven view of strategic account health, including retention forecasts, risk levels, relationship strength, and growth opportunities, and deliver regular executive-level reporting and insights that inform decision-making and prioritization across the portfolio. Follow and promote safety policies, practices, and procedures to ensure safe working conditions and behaviors are maintained. Assist with safety investigations and safety hazards and/or incidents.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. Minimum ten years of experience in strategic account management, client relationship leadership, or executive client engagement within a service-based or multi-site environment. Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level client relationships with senior decision makers, including executives and board-level stakeholders, with a proven track record of driving retention and renewals. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational performance, financial drivers, and client expectations, and translate them into effective strategies across complex, cross-functional environments. Experience assessing risk within client portfolios and proactively mitigating risks to protect revenue and relationships, with the ability to use data and insights to evaluate account health and inform strategy. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively share information across teams and stakeholders. Proficient in computer and technology skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and mobile devices. Ability to travel frequently to support executive-level client engagement, including board meetings, business reviews, and strategic account management. Must possess a valid US driver's license (or equivalent) and meet Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) verification requirements.
