Content Marketing DirectorNOW HIRING: Content Marketing Director Compensation: $135,000-$150,000 per yearSBM Management and its technology platform, 4insite, are seeking a highly skilled Director, Content Marketing to lead our brand and product storytelling across our solutions and technology offerings. This role owns shaping and executing our content strategy, including developing and deploying compelling, high-impact content to engage prospects, customers, and partners across the lifecycle. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Creative, Design, Product/Technology, Sales, Account Management, and Operations to produce polished, credible content that resonates with and engages enterprise customers, operators, and decision-makers. This is a highly cross-functional, individual contributor role for someone who is a strategic thinker and hands-on creator, has strong attention to detail, and can manage the full editorial and content lifecycle. This role requires strong time management, judgment, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering consistent, high-quality output and results. Roles & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. Own the strategy and execution of enterprise content marketing, supporting brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and thought leadership Plan, develop, and deliver content supporting product launches, industry events, sales priorities, campaigns, and executive initiatives, including managing a central editorial calendar Own brand editorial standards and guidelines (value proposition, tone of voice, style, accuracy, compliance)Develop and lead organic social media and editorial strategies, with emphasis on Linked In and executive-facing platforms Develop and lead PR and communications strategy Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Creative, Design, Product/Technology, Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure content and storytelling supports business objectives Content Creation & Management Research, write, edit, and publish high-quality and credible content including: Blogs and articles Case studies and customer success stories Whitepapers and solution briefs Website and platform copy Social media content Press releases Thought leadership, executive bylines, and long-form narratives Video, audio, and webinar content (scripted and edited)Translate complex operational, technical, and data-driven concepts into clear, engaging narratives for both business and technical audiences Partner with Product Marketing to develop sales enablement content, training, and tools to effectively sell, and website and SEO strategy Commission, edit, and manage contributions from subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and vendors Partner with Creative and Design to develop content visuals and multi-media to support campaign narratives Thought Leadership & Research Partner with internal experts to develop authoritative content on: Technology, data, and operational performance Safety, sustainability, compliance, and operational excellence Facilities management trends Workforce optimization and labor strategy Support research-based content such as reports, surveys, and data-driven insights that reinforce SBM and 4insite's market leadership Measurement & Impact Define, track, and own key performance metrics to measure content marketing and inform ongoing optimization Build dashboards and report on performance with clarity and consistency Continuously iterate campaigns through A/B testing and data-backed insights Qualification To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience 10+ years of experience, with 3+ years of marketing leadership experience in content marketing, editorial leadership, journalism, or communications (B2B SaaS, data-driven platforms, enterprise services, or facilities services preferred)(5-7+ years of experience, with 2+ years of marketing leadership experience in content marketing, editorial leadership, journalism, or communications (B2B SaaS, data-driven platforms, enterprise services, or facilities services preferred for Manager-level candidates)Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related fieldMBA preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven ability to build and execute content marketing strategies that support enterprise B2B go-to-market motions Proven track record owning content development executing integrated campaigns that engage Exceptional technical writing and editing skills for different audiences and media, with the ability to simplify complex topics while maintaining credibility Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insight into action Experience and comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities Strong project management skills and experience running editorial calendars Strong ownership and ability to operate and deliver results autonomously Ability to lead and influence in complex, matrixed environments Strong cross-functional collaborator working across Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Creative, Design, Product/Technology, Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Executive Leadership Experience using AI tools to improve insights, efficiency, and quality Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
