About the role

Jobot is hiring a Director of Education for our Waterbury campus in Wolcott, CT. The role leads academic programs, hires and coaches instructors, and ensures accreditation and program quality across the campus. The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 3+ years in leadership and teaching, plus familiarity with SAP, LMS, and SIS platforms. On‑site schedule: M–F, 40 hours, with compensation in the advertised range.
