About the role

The Connecticut Licensed Revenue Cycle Specialist will provide remote customer support for practices using CT Revenue, focusing on guiding clients through revenue cycle workflows, claim statuses, and chiropractic billing concepts while ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for CT Revenue customers, addressing billing and revenue-cycle-related inquiries Guide customers in navigating CT Revenue functionalities and explain claims, payments, and denials Research customer-reported issues and escalate complex questions with complete context and documentation Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle operations, or healthcare customer service preferred Hands-on chiropractic billing experience with familiarity in common billing concepts and codes Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and insurance terminology Strong research, troubleshooting, and documentation skills Medical billing or coding certification such as CPB or CPC is preferred but not required
