General Manager, Brickell Honda Murgado Automotive Group | Miami, FLMurgado Automotive Group is looking for a proven leader to run Brickell Honda, a high-volume store in the heart of Miami with the capacity to be one of the top Honda dealerships in the Southeast.
The opportunity: Brickell Honda sits on our Brickell campus alongside four sister stores, in one of the most dynamic markets in the country. The store is built to retail 300+ new vehicles a month with a pre-owned operation to match. We need a General Manager who can get it there and keep it there. You'll have full P&L responsibility across new, pre-owned, F&I, service, and parts. You'll also have the support of a group that operates more than 30 rooftops across five states.
What you'll do: Drive new and pre-owned volume while protecting front- and back-end gross Build, coach, and hold accountable a management team that executes daily Run disciplined inventory management, including appraisals, acquisition, pricing, and aging Grow fixed operations and customer retention Deliver on monthly commitments with clear, consistent reporting
What we're looking for: A proven General Manager, or a General Sales Manager ready for the next stepA track record at a high-volume import store, with Honda, Toyota, or Nissan experience strongly preferred Measurable results: units, gross, PVR, market share, or net profit growth you can show us Stability, meaning real tenure at the stores you've led Strong command of the financial statement Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
