Full-TimeA well-established insurance organization is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its team in the Blue Lagoon area. This position will support a commercial book of business of approximately $1.5 million in premium, with a strong focus on HOA accounts and direct-billed business.
Responsibilities:
Manage and service an established commercial lines book of premium. Work directly with the Agent as part of a team that includes another Account Manager. Provide day-to-day service and support for commercial clients, with a heavy focus on HOA accounts. Handle policy changes, renewals, certificates, endorsements, billing questions, and client requests. Manage a significant volume of direct-billed accounts. Communicate with carriers, clients, and internal team members to resolve issues and ensure timely service. Assist with renewal preparation, marketing, policy review, and account maintenance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy information. Provide a high level of customer service while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Commercial Lines insurance account management experience required. Experience managing HOA/community association accounts strongly preferred. Familiarity with direct-billed commercial accounts. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies, endorsements, renewals, and certificates. EPIC experience is highly preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an Agent and Account Management team. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy book of business. Why Join the Team?
