👷 Senior Site Manager | Warehouse Automation Projects📍 Remote, USA | 100% travel to site A global automation provider is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead high-value, technically complex warehouse automation installations across the USA.This role carries full ownership of large-scale projects ($20M+) during the on-site phase, with significant responsibility across safety, schedule, commercial alignment, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex $20M+ automation installations
  • Oversee multiple subcontract packages and startup teams
  • Drive schedule, risk mitigation, and escalation management
  • Act as primary customer interface during installation and commissioning
  • Lead mass testing, integration, and final acceptance
  • Align change orders and manage commercial impact
  • Safety (OSHA compliance, site standards, vendor oversight)
Ideal Background:
  • Has 10+ years’ experience in automation, material handling, or industrial project delivery
  • Has managed $20M+ system implementations
  • Is confident leading subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Understands commissioning, integration testing and system ramp-upCan operate independently at customer site level
