Pay Range: $24.65 - 30.57 hourly
Your Piece of the PuzzleAs NFM's Administrative Specialist Lead Flooring, you'll play a key role in supporting the Flooring Installation team through advanced administrative coordination, project oversight, and operational support. In this lead position, you will help ensure department processes run efficiently, provide guidance on established procedures, and serve as a resource for resolving complex issues. Working with minimal supervision, you'll collaborate across teams to support business objectives and deliver an exceptional experience for customers and partners. A Day in the Life Monitor: Track installer performance and maintain accurate records to support operational goals and service standards. Manage: Coordinate and complete assigned departmental projects, ensuring progress is tracked and deadlines are achieved. Maintain: Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable activities related to installer pay processing and reconciliation. Assist: Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documentation for review and approval. Collaborate: Partner with management to develop and maintain departmental policies, procedures, training materials, and communications. Support: Serve as a lead resource for the department by addressing complex administrative issues and assisting with process improvements. High School Diploma or GED preferred 3-5 years office/clerical experience 3-5 years customer service experience Proficient in MS Office applications Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. Basic accounting skills Detail oriented Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to delegate and staff accountable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to enter data quickly and accurately Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
