About the Role: The Company is seeking a VP, Lifecycle Marketing and Member Engagement to lead the strategy for engaging members from their first interaction to long-term retention. This leadership role is pivotal in defining the engagement strategy, segmentation approach, and building the measurement infrastructure to demonstrate the value of CRM to the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision for the loyalty program, owning the measurement framework, and leading a team that includes various marketing and retention specialists. A strong background in MarTech, experience in building and scaling lifecycle marketing teams, and a proven track record in loyalty program management are essential. The role also requires a strategic thinker who can effectively represent the function at the leadership level and negotiate priorities with cross-functional teams. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in lifecycle, CRM, or engagement marketing, with a preference for those with a background in subscription, paid membership, or DTC e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of MarTech architecture, experience in building measurement frameworks, and a history of earning credibility for CRM in organizations where the channel was previously undervalued. The role demands a leader who is a strong cross-functional operator, capable of driving a culture of testing, and is adept at making data-driven decisions. The company values diversity and is an equal-opportunity employer, and the role is well-suited to a candidate who is passionate about the intersection of technology, marketing, and consumer engagement. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
