About the role
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Maintenance System Scheduler will manage data entry, handle calls, and communicate with team members while following established procedures with limited supervision.
Key responsibilities:
Perform data entry and processing accurately while adhering to established procedures
Handle calls and communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers regarding TSA-related information
Utilize Maintenance Management Systems, such as Maximo or comparable ticketing systems, to manage maintenance requests and parts ordering processesRequired qualificationsHigh school education or equivalent with 4 years of related experience
Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems and logistics/maintenance practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a federal background investigation
Preferred candidates will have a current TSA Suitability Determination
