The Opportunity: Join an established electrical construction organization serving public and private-sector clients across the Pacific Northwest. This opportunity offers an experienced Electrical Project Manager the chance to lead complex commercial projects, strengthen client and trade relationships, and contribute to work that powers businesses, facilities, and communities. You will collaborate with a skilled field team in a hands-on, high-impact role with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing development.
Responsibilities: Oversee commercial electrical projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Manage electrical estimating activities from initial concept through final bid with accuracy and competitive insight. Develop strong working relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, superintendents, and foremen. Partner with field leadership to coordinate schedules, address site issues, and maintain project momentum. Track project costs, manage procurement, and forecast schedules using project management software and tools. Coordinate communication across all construction stakeholders to promote clarity, accountability, and successful execution. Manage multiple commercial electrical projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail. Must-
Have Skills: At least five years of project management, estimating, and project experience. Demonstrated ability to manage and estimate commercial electrical projects valued from $1 million to $10 million. Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and applicable local codes. Proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, Procore, and Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel. Strong organizational, time management, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and construction teams.
Nice-to-Have
Skills: Commercial electrical trade experience. Experience leading multiple electrical construction projects concurrently. Knowledge of project cost tracking, procurement, scheduling, and forecasting processes. Experience working with public-sector and private-sector construction clients. Background coordinating closely with superintendents, foremen, and field operations teams.
