Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative at Truss. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation. Core responsibilities include conducting outbound outreach, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with the sales team to support business development goals. The role plays a key part in building and maintaining relationships with potential clients and contributing to the overall sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Business Development and Sales-related activities
  • Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal interaction
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Cold-calling experience
  • Salary Range Starting salary at $40,000+Bonus structure discussed during interview
