About the Role:
As a HHA, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your duties will include:
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administering medications and performing wound care as needed
Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition management
Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients
Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to our team
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and assistance to clients in their homes
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans
Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations
Maintain accurate records and reports, and communicate effectively with our team
Requirements:
Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of New York
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
1+ year of experience working as a HHA or in a related field; experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities a plus
