About the role
This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Lead a team focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience while meeting and exceeding residential sales goals in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Supervisor, Residential Inbound Sales at Spectrum, you'll coach and develop representatives, manage daily inbound sales activity, reinforce the sales process and tools, and drive revenue and performance outcomes. How You'll Make an Impact Coordinate daily execution of the inbound sales model and oversee team sales activities to meet revenue and performance goals Provide coaching and development to Sales Representatives by monitoring interactions, tracking performance metrics, and delivering timely individual feedback Monitor calls and performance metrics, provide timely individual feedback and coaching Motivate the team and lead regular meetings to review results, share best practices, and reinforce sales behaviors and standards Partner with Marketing and other departments to monitor campaign performance, provide post-launch feedback, and remove obstacles to sales execution Perform staffing and administrative activities including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, approving time off and timesheets, reconciling commissions, and approving customer credits in line with policy Working Conditions Office environment Occasional travel as required What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education High School diploma or equivalent Experience 2 + years of inside sales experience with commercial experience preferred Skills Ability to recruit, develop, maintain and optimize a team of sales professionals Knowledge of voice, data and television products and services Ability to supervise and motivate others Effective written and verbal communication skills with team members and customers Proficient with multitasking, organization and prioritization Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to use a personal computer and software applications such as Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications Education 2+ years of post high school education Experience 1 + years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in inside sales #LI-JL3 SIB470 2026-80768 2026 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
