About the role

Landscape Enhancement Crew Member Landscape Enhancement Team Members complete landscape installation and construction projects. As a Crew Member, you will work to gain the experience and skills necessary to advance to the Crew Leader position. These are full-time, year-round career opportunities that transition into snow removal work in the winter. Requirements:
  • 1 year experience working in the green industry
  • Driver License is required
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Desire and ability to work with a team to accomplish goals
  • Desire to grow and improve
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time
