About the role
To drive enterprise success, the remote Contract to Hire Program Director - EPMO will lead critical programs, translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives while collaborating with senior leadership to enhance execution standards and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business owners to track progress, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes of enterprise initiatives
Lead the execution of complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met
Drive governance and reporting routines, facilitating reviews and maintaining transparency into program health
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in program, transformation, or enterprise business operations
Proven record leading large, complex initiatives with measurable business impact
Strong ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams toward common goals
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced certification or degrees preferred
