About the role
To support client needs in a remote setting, the part-time temporary Employee Services Coordinator will audit and process tuition reimbursement applications while managing multiple clients, requiring 20 hours of work per week during specified hours.
Key responsibilities:
Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance for tuition reimbursement
Proof grades and receipts against submissions and corporate client requirements
Process cases and help tickets submitted by employees using CRM tools
Required qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Auditing experience and a BS/BA degree preferred
High level of computer proficiency is essential
Proven ability to learn and utilize proprietary software and reporting tools
Availability to work 20 hours per week during specific scheduled hours
