About the role

BL Companies is seeking a motivated Structural / Civil Engineer to join our Northeast team. The role combines technical design with leadership development, including developing and reviewing structural and civil plans, site and permitting drawings, and conducting field reviews to support project success. The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, an EIT, and at least 2 years of building design experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, RAM/RISA.
