Sales PositionThe JF Petroleum Group stands as a premier leader in the North American fueling infrastructure industry, offering comprehensive turn-key solutions for distribution, construction, and service needs. We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers.This is a sales position which will be responsible for growing our sales and profitability of Equipment, Construction, and Service. Compensation will include a base salary plus commission. Base salary will be paid bi-weekly. The commission plan payout will be paid monthly.Key Metrics (KPIs)Aside from meeting monthly sales & gross margin targets, key sales metrics include:Monthly performance against target for quotations, order conversions, and sales funnel sizeCore Competencies:A high level of Sales Acumen including but not limited to the ability toDevelop and effectively deliver and close on customer proposalsApply proven discovery processes and skills to determine customer needsDevelop proposals which successfully balance customer needs with JF Petroleum profitability requirementsSuccessfully negotiate and close on customer proposalsFollow-up on and close assigned sales leadsProfitably develop and manage relationships with customersA high degree of product knowledge specific to our industry and/or a demonstrated willingness to quickly learn the fundamental products and services offered by JF Petroleum Group. These products / services include but are not limited to the following:Retail Gas Station constructionRetail Gas Station equipment (both forecourt and in-store/back-office)Retail Gas Station break/fix servicesRetail Gas Station compliance & inspection servicesKey Relationships:This position will work extensively Service and Construction teams and Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of proposalsRequirementsHighschool Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferredForecourt and back-office Retail Petroleum Sales experience preferred but NOT required3+ years of outside sales experience required, PEI experience preferredBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsStrong Sales skills / proficiency requiredCandidate must be willing to travel locallyMust be eligible to work in the United States.Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company.Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
