This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with pay starting at $21 per hour! The ideal candidate will have prior paint or construction experience. Call us today at 319-246-1294 for more information. Paint3rd shift - 10:20pm -6:20am Job Duties: Perform all blade preparations prior to the paint application process which include but are not limited to: Sandblasting of blade Sanding of green blade Sanding of repaired areas in preparation of filling Rough filling of blade repairs, filters, and other areas Geometric sanding of rough fill to blade geometry Fine filling of blade-to-blade geometry Paint and paint repair of blade. Application of final finishing components to blade standards.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to read, write & speak the English language fluently. Ability to use hand & power tools and lifting equipment. Possess or have ability to acquire all PIME license by passing company test requirements. Possess or have ability to acquire LOTO certification. Sit, stand, bend & kneel for 8 or more hours/day Available for overtime for up to 12 -hour days and on off days All applicants must pass pre-employment background requirements, including a background check, drug screen, and education verification.
