About the role

Administrative AssistantU.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support two senior leaders in the Information Technology (IT) space. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support, including coordinating schedules and meetings, communications, team event coordination, and being a key point of contact for internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars and scheduling priorities
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
  • Manage Outlook delegate access, shared mailboxes, and distribution lists
  • Support leadership communications and organizational announcements
  • Track action items and facilitate follow-up activities
  • Coordinate team events, leadership meetings, and town halls
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Partner with leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and execution
  • Partner with peers to coordinate supplies and logistics for the local office
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of administrative assistant experience for leaders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency (Copilot, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services or highly-regulated industries
  • Experience leveraging AI such as Microsoft Copilot to automate tasks
  • Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
