About the role

Believe Music Hall is seeking an experienced, hands-on Food & Beverage Operations Manager to own beverage operations, inventory, purchasing, staffing, cost control and bar profitability. The role focuses on high-volume bars in a live entertainment venue in Atlanta and may expand to future F&B operations. You will oversee daily financial and operational performance, establish par levels, track inventory through POS, monitor costs and variance, and improve margins.
