About the role
Leading the advancement of the enterprise Product Security program, the full-time Senior Director of Product Security Engineering will manage secure software development practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable security outcomes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and mature the Product and Application Security program, integrating security into software development processes
Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to scale secure development practices and incorporate security requirements into product designs
Define and execute secure software development strategies while establishing security approaches for AI within engineering workflowsRequired qualificationsSignificant experience in leading Product Security, Application Security, and Secure SDLC programs in a technology company
Demonstrated success in influencing security adoption across complex development environments
Experience in developing and communicating security program effectiveness through metrics and executive presentations
Knowledge of AI security considerations and the implications of AI-enabled products
Proven ability to operate strategically while being hands-on when necessary
