About the role

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an LPN at Cedar Creek Health Campus in Lowell, IN to provide direct, quality clinical care and supervise CNAs on your unit. You will monitor residents, respond to changes, manage medications and required paperwork, and participate in a comprehensive benefits package. Weekend shifts include a $5/hour incentive plus additional differential for evenings/night shifts.
