Job Description: The Columbus City School District is accepting applications for its 2027-2028 Leadership Intern Program for administrative training at the ELEMENTARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL level. Participants in the Leadership Intern Program are mentored in the daily operations of a school building by a current building principal, attend regular professional development sessions throughout the school year, and perform other related tasks as assigned. OPEN TO CURRENT, ACTIVE, FULL-TIME CCS CERTIFICATED EMPLOYEES
Requirements: Completion of a Master's Degree program in an educational field (school administration preferred). Must be in a position to secure a valid Ohio Principal License by June 2028. Five (5) or more years of successful teaching experience in a K-12 environment. Highly skilled in the areas of human relations, instructional leadership, community relations, written and oral communications.
Additional Information: In addition to the teacher's regular contract salary, a supplemental contract is provided based upon assignment level.
