Member in good standing with the ABA. 1-2 years of experience in family law and real estate. Experience in divorce, child custody, and spousal support cases. Ability to manage a caseload of up to 30 clients. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications: Active membership with the American Bar Association. Skills Effective negotiation and advocacy in court settings. Strong communication skills for client interactions. Attention to detail in legal document preparation. Collaborative work with paralegals and team members.
