About the role
Sales Administrator We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced, team-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who is clerically strong, organized, eager to learn, and able to adapt quickly in a high-volume workplace. No prior experience is required we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing purchase paperwork and vehicle transaction documentation
- Support workflow for trade-in paperwork and title-related documents
- Prepare and organize finance and lease contract paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are completed correctly and efficiently
- Communicate with sales, finance, and management teams to keep deals moving smoothly
- Provide administrative support in a fast-paced office setting
- Help maintain compliance and organization throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Basic computer proficiency required
Compensation & Schedule This is a full-time salaried position 40 hours per week, with weekly compensation of $1,000 and eligibility for a weekly bonus.
