At Rhino Sports, we believe that every guest matters, and our team plays a crucial role in creating a safe, enjoyable, and memorable atmosphere at every event.These positions are seasonal part-time and event-based.As a Customer Service Event Staff Member at Southern Methodist University (SMU), you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to all guests attending athletic events. This position includes roles such as ushers and ticket takers, ensuring that each guest has a positive experience from the moment they arrive at the venue until they leave.You will play a key role in directing guests to their seats, assisting with ticket scanning, answering questions, and ensuring that the venue is operating smoothly. This is a customer-facing position, and you'll be expected to provide friendly and efficient service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for fans, families, and all attendees.This is a seasonal, part-time position with shifts mainly scheduled between August and March. In addition to working SMU Athletics events, you may also have the opportunity to work external events across the Dallas area through Rhino's network of partners.This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to gain experience in customer service, event operations, and sports management.
