Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leaders and site teams to deliver HR solutions aligned with business goals, including talent management, performance development, employee engagement, relations, and hourly workforce planning. Lead or support site startups, expansions, and consolidations. Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with regional labor regulations. Data-Driven Decision Making Utilize people analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and create targeted interventions to drive organizational success. Leverage industry benchmarks and key metrics to guide decision-making and enhance performance outcomes.
Travel Requirements: Travel approximately 25% to domestic manufacturing sites to foster collaboration and align HR initiatives with operational needs. Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to HR and manufacturing leaders, building strong relationships to drive business success.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines. Proven ability to build consultative relationships with senior and mid-level leaders, with strong influencing and leadership skills. Demonstrated success in managing complex, concurrent projects with adaptability to shifting priorities. Experience leading organizational change and transformation across diverse regions. Deep understanding of the evolving manufacturing workforce landscape. Exceptional relationship-building skills across HR teams, peers, and cross-functional partners.
