Overview We're actively hiring Automotive Sales Professionals for Kansas City–area dealership locations, including BMW of Shawnee Mission, Kia, Mini of Shawnee Mission, and Shawnee Mission Kia. As an Automotive Sales Professional, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle‑buying journey—from discovery and test drives to presentation and closing—while delivering a professional, transparent, and memorable experience. Whether you bring prior automotive sales experience or strong sales instincts from another industry, we provide the training, support, and structure needed to succeed.
