We're actively hiring Automotive Sales Professionals for Kansas City–area dealership locations, including BMW of Shawnee Mission, Kia, Mini of Shawnee Mission, and Shawnee Mission Kia.

As an Automotive Sales Professional, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle‑buying journey—from discovery and test drives to presentation and closing—while delivering a professional, transparent, and memorable experience.
Whether you bring prior automotive sales experience or strong sales instincts from another industry, we provide the training, support, and structure needed to succeed.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
Implement follow‑up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
Qualifications
Proven sales experience (automotive experience is a plus, not mandatory)
Strong motivation to succeed in a commission‑driven, performance‑based environment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude with a high‑energy, customer‑focused approach
Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
Self‑motivated, proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license for the state of employment and a good driving record
Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR), and drug screening
