About the role

Soho House & Co. is seeking a seasoned Head of People to steer our HR function across regional properties and support operations. You will partner with the VP of Operations and Managing Director, shaping the people strategy to scale with growth and enhance our culture and values. You will lead a Miami-based HR team, influence organizational design, and drive engagement, development and retention across a dispersed workforce while maintaining alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
