EH&S Manager Looking for an opportunity where your EH&S expertise can make a real impact? Our client is looking for an EH&S Manager to take the lead on safety and environmental initiatives at its 36-acre, five-building aluminum foundry complex. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you’ll work closely with employees and leaders across the operation to create a safer workplace, strengthen compliance, and continuously improve EH&S practices. What You’ll Do Identify and address workplace hazards and recommend improvements Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Conduct safety inspections and ensure OSHA and environmental compliance Manage regulatory reporting, record keeping, and SDS documentation Maintain emergency response plans Lead safety training, including new-hire orientation Partner with all areas of the business to build a strong safety culture What You’ll Bring 3–5 years of EH&S experience in heavy industrial manufacturing Foundry experience is a plus Degree preferred, but not required Strong problem-solving and communication skills Understanding of manufacturing and production processes Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to operate mobile and stationary equipment Why Consider This Opportunity?
