Medical AssistantAssist physician and physician assistant in exam roomsEscort patients to exam rooms, interviews patients, measure vital signs, including weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and document all information in patient's chartGive instructions to patients as instructed by physician or physician assistant and transcribe patient appointmentsEnsure all related reports, labs and information is filed is available in patients' medical records prior to their appointmentKeep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, prepare sterilization as requiredCompletes position responsibilities by following established guidelines & protocols within the appropriate time frameManage stress appropriatelyHandle multiple prioritiesGreets patients, customers and visitors correctly, pleasantly and in a timely manner.
