About the role
Job Description:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized. Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks. Respond to general inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers. Support office staff with clerical duties and special projects.
