To complete the detail and written work and to coordinate other mattersessential to the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrativesupervisor. Performance Responsibilities Takes, transcribes dictation and types correspondences, reports, notices, recommendations, etc. Obtains, gathers, and organizes pertinent data as needed and puts it into usable form. Maintains a regular filing system, as well as a set of confidential files, and processes incoming correspondences. Places and receives telephone calls and records messages. Orders and maintains supplies as needed. Performs any bookkeeping tasks associated with the specific position. Maintains a schedule of appointments and make arrangements for conferences and interviews. Welcome visitors and arranges for their comfort. Screens unexpected callers in accordance with predetermined policies. Operates office machines. Engages in personal professional growth and demonstrates professional ethics. Performs other related duties that are required by the administrator. Terms Of Employment
Eleven or twelve month year. Salary to be established by the Board. Evaluation
Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Personnel.
