About the role
- Prospect and develop new commercial and fleet business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Conduct outside sales calls, phone outreach, and email follow-upAssist customers with vehicle selection, financing, leasing, and upfit solutions
- Maintain knowledge of fleet products, market trends, and commercial vehicle applications
- Utilize manufacturer and dealer software platforms effectively
- Complete and verify all sales documentation accurately
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure deals are completed properly
- Maintain manufacturer standards and customer satisfaction goals
- Support a team-oriented environment focused on long-term customer relationships
- Previous automotive, fleet, or commercial sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of commercial vehicles, upfits, and financing products is a plus
