About the role

West-Mont United Soccer Association seeks a Head Coach for one of our competitive Pre-ECNL teams. The role focuses on fostering a positive, challenging environment while upholding the club’s style of play and developmental principles year-round. The successful candidate will deliver age-appropriate training, lead teams in league play and tournaments, and implement the club curriculum and periodization model. A US Soccer C License or higher and at least two years of youth coaching are required.
