About the role

Leidos is seeking an Electronics Process Engineering Manager in Huntsville, AL to lead the PCBA assembly and conformal coating manufacturing engineering team. You will drive process improvements, define work instructions, and manage KPI-based performance to meet quality and delivery targets. You will mentor engineers, perform DFM/DFMA feedback to design, and collaborate with quality, production control, and design teams on initiatives and audits.
