Position Overview: A private family in Miami is seeking an experienced, dependable, and nurturing Professional Nanny to provide attentive childcare and support the children’s daily routines, development, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, discreet, proactive, and comfortable working in a private household.
Key Responsibilities: Provide a safe, caring, and structured environment for the children. Manage daily routines, including meals, hygiene, naps, homework, and bedtime. Plan age-appropriate educational, recreational, and developmental activities. Transport and accompany the children to school, appointments, activities, and events. Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children. Maintain children’s bedrooms, play areas, clothing, and personal belongings. Coordinate schedules and communicate regularly with the parents. Support positive behavior, good manners, and healthy habits. Assist with packing and childcare arrangements during family travel. Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the family and household. Perform other child-related responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of professional nanny or private-household childcare experience. Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate care. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Professional references and successful background screening required. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays.
