About the role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Foster, develop, and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) activities through all facets of the business. Ensure a proactive approach to product quality, GMPs, and quality of workmanship. Own strategic sales plans and commercial performance to drive profitable account growth. Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders. Drive differentiation and total customer value by selling Iconex solutions. Understand customer priorities and align Iconex solutions. Expand business across applications, locations, and product categories aligned to broader strategy. Protect revenue by monitoring account health and competitive risks. Lead complex sales, pricing, and contract negotiations. Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and CRM updates. Lead strategic business reviews and align opportunities. Coordinate across multi-functional teams supporting customer initiatives and implementations. Lead resolution of major customer escalations. Improve account profitability, pricing, and cost-to-serve. Share customer, market, and competitive insights to guide business strategy. Guide internal account teams and promote accountability. Support to marketing, trade shows, and industry events. Develop expertise in our product portfolio, and align to market offerings. Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures. Ensure an environment that promotes effective communications, positive coworker collaboration, and teamwork. Other duties and tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication abilities. Confidence, presentation and negotiation skills needed to interact effectively with senior management, key customers and partners in both selling and problem-resolution scenarios Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Ability to analyze data and make sound business recommendations. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. 5+ years of sales account management Experience managing customer relationships in a manufacturing, industrial, packaging, labeling, or related environment preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales and customer retention objectives.
