About the role
Job TitleYour responsibilities will notably include: Autonomous administrative management of a portfolio of investigations: Creation of documents and directories following the opening of an investigation; Monitoring of deadlines (notes, meetings, dissemination, etc.); Organization of meetings on each file, management of security strategies, formatting of documents produced by investigators and internal dissemination; Post Specialized Commission: taking over the follow-up and writing of information letters; Management of the administrative aspect of interviews and visits; Management of correspondence related to the activity of the DEN (follow-up of investigations, exchanges with national and foreign counterparts).Organization of professional travel for DEN collaborators (expense notes, etc.)Management of the generic box of the Direction Secretariat Administrative management of the translation/transcription service: requests, follow-up, and accounting registration (CENSEA) Coordination with the secretariats of other directions Holder of a diploma at the level of Bac+2 (administrative or operational management), you have at least 3 years of professional experience in administrative support that has allowed you to acquire rigorous working methods and a very good autonomy. Experience in a law firm or in the repressive service of an authority or administration would be a real plus. Mastery of office tools is required for this position.
