Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis with a focus on parts pricing management, financial processing, sales trend analysis, and export order processing. Bilingual proficiency in Korean with business-level writing skills is required.
Responsibilities
Parts Pricing Management:
Administer and maintain parts pricing data, including routine price adjustments and reviews.
Monitor price changes and identify discrepancies, investigating and coordinating corrections as needed.
Lead the semi-annual parts price increase process, ensuring data preparation and cross-functional communication.
Collaborate with teams to ensure timely and accurate price file updates.
Maintain pricing documentation and audit trails for compliance. Financial & Expense Processing Process and post purchase orders and departmental expenses accurately and timely.
Reconcile expenses against budget allocations and flag variances.
Coordinate with Finance and Accounting for month-end close activities. Sales Trend Analysis & Forecasting Compile and analyze sales trend reports to provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain monthly sales forecasts using historical data and market trends.
Identify patterns and present findings to management.
Maintain reporting dashboards and data models. Export Order Processing Support export order processing, including order entry and documentation coordination.
Ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
Act as a liaison between departments to resolve order-related issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, parts operations, or pricing management.
Experience in the automotive, heavy equipment, or parts distribution industry preferred.
Exposure to export operations or international logistics is a plus.
SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.
Experience with ERP systems for order processing and financial transactions.
Understanding of pricing structures and financial reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data effectively.
Team-oriented and proactive in resolving operational issues.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean with business-level writing skills.
Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00 - $35.37/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
