This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and serving as the first point of contact for clients and partners. Daily tasks include managing the front desk area, handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining appointment schedules, and supporting basic office administration such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. The receptionist will assist with customer inquiries about services, route calls to appropriate team members, and ensure that the reception area remains organized and welcoming. This role requires consistent professionalism, discretion with sensitive information, and collaboration with the broader team to support smooth office operations.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and team members.Professional front desk capabilities, including Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette, ensuring courteous and efficient handling of calls and in-person inquiries.Reliable office support skills, including Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and handling mail.Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a busy office environment.Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and basic computer use.Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in office administration is a plus.
